What I'm building
A running record of what's shipped, what's in progress, and what's next — with dates attached, so it stays honest. The reasoning behind each bet stays private; the thing itself doesn't.

Voice agents on my own model endpoint
A fleet of voice agents rewired to run against my own inference endpoint instead of a vendor's — same voice layer, my brain behind it.

Client site engine
A config-driven generator that turns one JSON file into a complete, deployed site for a local service business.

Closewright
A sales-education brand for technical founders who can build the thing but freeze when it's time to sell it.
- Nextmulti-year
A book for builders who can't sell
The Closewright thesis as a proper long-form work. Audience first, written slowly, on a multi-year horizon.

Products built with creators
Consumer products developed in partnership with creators who already hold the audience — they bring distribution and credibility, I bring the product and the operations, and the upside is shared rather than paid out as a fee.

Building in public, live
Streaming the build sessions themselves instead of editing them down afterwards — unedited, on the channel the weekly vlog already lives on. The unsolved part isn't the camera, it's the capture setup: an arrangement where a key, a token or an env file cannot physically reach the screen in the first place.

Content-first e-commerce
Testing physical products with content instead of inventory. A product video generated from a single image, posted organically, and judged on whether it travels and whether people actually ask to buy. Only what proves demand gets fulfilled on order, and only what scales becomes a brand — so the expensive commitment comes last instead of first.
